HARRISBURG – After Gov. Tom Wolf delivered his annual budget address to a joint session of the state House and Senate in Harrisburg, state Rep. Brad Roae (R-Crawford/Erie) issued the following statement:
“The inflation caused by President Biden’s economic policies is hurting local families through the increased cost of groceries and other items. The governor’s budget proposal would use Biden’s inflation-causing spending policies to increase the cost of Pennsylvania state government by approximately three times as much as the inflationary increase in the cost of groceries. Pennsylvanians can’t afford Biden’s more costly groceries or Wolf’s more expensive state government.”
