Various Services Available Through Website and Office
QUESTION: Last week you talked about the Property Tax/Rent Rebate program. Can you tell me about other programs and services available through your office?

ANSWER: My Titusville office, located at 109 S. Washington St. in the Park Building, is able to help constituents with a variety of issues and services.

However, before you take the time to drive or walk to our office, I encourage you to visit my website at for help with various state programs.

If you hover with your computer mouse on the link on the left titled “State Programs and Services,” you’ll find additional links that provide helpful information.

There is a link to the Pennsylvania Department of Health website with information about birth and death certificates. Another link will take you to a page with information about the state’s “Donate Life” organ donation program.

There also is a link to the Persian Gulf Veterans Bonus program page on the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs website. Applications for this program must be submitted before Aug. 31, 2015.

Another link will take college and university students to the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA), where they can learn about state grants to help them achieve their dream of college diploma.

One link that is very helpful is titled “State Forms” and provides online users with access to various forms necessary to apply for state programs and services. Users can access voter registration forms, criminal record check forms, child abuse history clearance forms and other documents necessary for vehicle registrations and renewals, and other transportation-related services.

On the right-hand side of my website is a link with information about the new veteran’s designation available on Pennsylvania driver’s licenses and identification cards.

These are just some of the services available through my website. In addition, if you are unable to access the Internet, my office can help you with these services if you call us at 814-827-6054 or stop in to see us.
